Our Terms and Conditions.

All shopping transactions at Large Music On-Line are completed through our secure server for maximum privacy. We accept payment using: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Unlike stated earlier, we don't accept Discover yet. We have filed the necessary application, and we should be able to accept Discover credit cards some time around November 16th, 2001. Once purchased, your order ships from our warehouse within 1-2 days.

Large Music On-Line's Return Policy
All sales are final. Merchandise is nonreturnable unless there is a manufacturing defect, or the item is damaged in shipping. All packages we ship are insured against any damage that could occur while items are being shipped to their destinations. Therefore, we need you to contact us within 21 days from your original order date, to file any claims with us regarding defective, damaged, or items shipped in error. Please contact us at service@largemusic.com to report any problems and to receive return authorization. Returns made without prior authorization will be rejected. You may return defective items for a replacement. However, we reserve the right to deny replacement if we determine that the vinyl/CD is in fact playable. Large Music On-Line will only pay for shipping charges resulting from return events if you followed these rules!

Additional Terms
In the rare event that you bought an item that is not in stock we will contact you immediately. You can then decide if you want to cancel your entire order, or if you want to apply any changes to your current order. However, we will only make this exception in the rare event that an item is not in stock.

Once you submitted your order to Large Music On-Line, this order is final and can't be canceled.

UPS/International Orders
All of our domestic orders are shipped with UPS. For all international customers that are located outside of the United States, we offer two alternative international shipping options: UPS and International Postal Service. While the International Postal options will result in greatly reduced shipping charges for you, we can't provide a tracking number for your order. Should you choose UPS, we will contact you with your tracking number once the package has been shipped with UPS.

In some cases your country may charge an import tax on your merchandise. As the charge is up to your country's customs we cannot tell you the value beforehand, and you have to pay this charge. Therefore, it is crucial that you provide your current telephone number and valid email address for the shipping company to contact you once your merchandise clears customs.

Both, International Postal Service and UPS require a signature when the package is being delivered to your shipping address, so please make sure that somebody can retrieve your package. You can also provide us with an alternative shipping address (e.g. your working address). Should the shipping company leave a call tag at your door, please make sure to immediately contact the shipping company to make arrangements for the successful delivery of your package! In the rare event that your package is returned to us we will reship it to you after your email authorization to charge you for the return shipping and reshipping. Please make sure that this will never occur because we want that you receive what you ordered! Once again, a good way to avoid this is to have the package sent to your work address or to an address where you spend your day.

Orders received on Monday through Friday before 9am will be shipped within 3 business days of its receipt. Please also realize that both, International Postal Service and UPS do not deliver on weekends.

Shipping charges depend on the weight of your shipment and the method of delivery you select. You will have the chance to review your shipping charges during the order procedure before you pay for your records. Should you change any option during the checkout procedure, please make sure to click on the recalculate button. This will apply any changes to your final order amount.
